Biography
Gena Ashe is Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Anterix Inc. Previously, she was Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary of Adtalem Global Education, and held senior legal roles with The Brickman Group, Ltd., Catalina Marketing Corporation, Public Broadcasting Service, Darden Restaurants, Inc., Lucent Technologies and AT&T, among others. She is a former Board Member of XPO Logistics, Inc. Ms. Ashe holds a juris doctorate from Georgetown University, a master’s degree in electrical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree from Spelman College. She has completed the executive development program of the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and the international management program of Oxford University, England.
