XPO annonce la nomination de Maryclaire Hammond au poste de Chief Human Resources Officer de GXO Logistics dans le cadre du projet de scission

XPO Logistics, Inc. a annoncé aujourd'hui que Maryclaire Hammond deviendra la chief human resources officer de GXO Logistics, Inc., le projet de scission  du segment logistique de XPO. Elle sera responsable de l'organisation des ressources humaines de GXO lorsque la scission prévue sera achevée. Les priorités de Maryclaire Hammond incluront une attention particulière à l'engagement des employés, ainsi que la promotion de la diversité, de l'équité et de l'inclusion. Elle sera basée au siège de GXO à Londres. 

Maryclaire Hammond a rejoint XPO en 2019 en tant senior vice president, human resources – Americas and Asia Pacific et supervise la politique en matière d'emploi de plus de 22 000 employés pour les activités logistique de XPO. Elle possède plus de 20 ans d'expérience en ressources humaines au sein d'entreprises du Fortune 100, notamment BP, où elle a occupé le poste de directrice des ressources humaines pour BP Fuels, Amérique du Nord. Auparavant, elle était vice-présidente des ressources humaines pour Honeywell Turbo Technologies en Suisse et a travaillé pendant 14 ans au Royaume-Uni.

Elle est titulaire d'un MBA de l'université de Portsmouth, d'une maîtrise en langues et littératures étrangères de l'université d'État de Washington et d'une licence en espagnol et en histoire du Hillsdale College.
