GXO added 1000 employees in Spain in 2021

GXO Logistics, Inc. (NYSE: GXO), the world’s largest pure-play contract logistics provider, announced it has been named a “Best Place to Work” by Forbes. The magazine’s list comprises the 75 best companies to work for in Spain.

“We are very proud to be recognized as one of the best companies to work for in Spain,” said Sara Resa, GXO HR Director in Spain, who was selected by Forbes as one of the best HR managers in Spain in 2021. “Our employees are our chief asset, and we are successful thanks to them. That’s why we make every effort to engage them, to develop them and to make them feel they are an integral part of a great global team.”

In selecting companies for recognition as a “Best Place to Work,” Forbes evaluates key factors such as the working environment, career development opportunities and talent retention based on an independent study by SigmaDos, the leading market research and opinion polling company in Spain.

In 2021, GXO hired more than 1,000 employees in Spain, bringing the company’s total employment in the country to more than 5,000. GXO expects to continue to grow in 2022.

“Talent development and recruitment are top strategic priorities for GXO” added Resa. “We are growing at a rapid pace and are constantly seeking qualified professionals with a breadth of capabilities. We’re proving that the logistics sector can be a very attractive place to develop an ambitious and fulfilling career.”
